No. Beginner and Experienced plans run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Expert engagements are scoped individually based on the work involved.
How long does onboarding take?
Most onboarding — reviewing your current records, setting up Odoo, and migrating historical data — is completed within two to four weeks, depending on the size and condition of your existing books.
How is our financial data kept secure?
Your data is managed within access-controlled Odoo environments, with role-based permissions limiting who on our team can view or edit specific records. We do not share client data with third parties.
We already have an accountant. Can we switch to AFS?
Yes. We start with a review of your existing records and chart of accounts, then migrate everything into your new Odoo environment so there's no gap in your books during the switch.
Do you work with businesses outside Riyadh and Jeddah?
Yes. Our accounting and ERP services are delivered remotely through Odoo, so we work with businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider GCC.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Beginner and Experienced plans can be cancelled with notice at the end of a billing month — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
